All orders placed through Dash Exchange require a standard processing window of 1–3 business days. This time allows our team to verify your order details, prepare your items, and complete internal quality checks prior to shipment.
During high-traffic periods — including sales, holidays, special promotions, or new launches — processing times may extend to 3–7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and orders cannot be expedited once placed.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has finished processing, it will ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier selected at checkout and may vary based on location, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or unexpected weather conditions. Dash Exchange is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Please double-check your address, unit number, and contact details before submitting your order. Once a package has been shipped, it cannot be rerouted or modified.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Dash Exchange is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and reference your tracking number for assistance. We recommend opting into shipping updates and securing a delivery location to ensure safe receipt of your products.
NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products and our strict hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. Dash Exchange does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, textures, lengths, and details carefully prior to checkout. If you have questions about a product, our team is available to assist before your purchase is completed.
ORDER ISSUES, DEFECTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include your order number and clear, unfiltered photos showing the issue.
All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for review. Once received, our team will thoroughly assess the issue and determine the appropriate next step. Approval is not guaranteed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled, edited, or modified once they have been submitted. Because our processing begins immediately, we are unable to adjust product selections, addresses, or payment details after checkout. Please ensure your cart is correct before completing your purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS, CLASSES, AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
All digital products, downloads, trainings, workshops, and educational programs offered by Dash Exchange are non-refundable and non-transferable. Access to digital or educational content cannot be revoked or returned once delivered; therefore, all sales for these items are final.
HAIR EXTENSIONS & PRODUCT CARE DISCLAIMER
Hair extensions are a luxury product requiring proper care, maintenance, and installation. Dash Exchange is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, styling tools, chemical services, hair color, heat misuse, or failure to maintain the hair according to professional guidelines. We strongly recommend having extensions installed and maintained by a licensed professional for best results.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, payment information, contact information, and shipping addresses are accurate before checkout. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed in this policy.
