1. How do I book an appointment at Dash Exchange Salon?


You can book an appointment through our website under the Appointments tab. 

2. My appointment wasn't accepted. What does that mean?


If your appointment was not accepted, it means that we may not have availability during the time slot that you requested. Please try selecting a different time slot or email us at kaye@dashexchange.com for further assistance.

3. Do you have a waitlist?


Yes, we do have waitlists when our schedule is fully booked. There is a link at the bottom of the calendar that says “Join Waitlist” you can request your desired date & service you would like to receive.

4. When do your books open?


Our books open every 30 days. You may book 30 days out to the current day. 

5. Can you secure my next appointments in person without a deposit? 


To ensure efficient scheduling and to mitigate the occurrence of last-minute cancellations, I kindly request that all appointments are secured with a deposit through our online booking platform at www.dashexchange.com. Please note that I will no longer be able to book appointments directly due to previous instances of same-day cancellations. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated.

6. Do you give virtual consultations?

Regrettably, we are unable to provide virtual consultations and instead urge our clients to engage in-person consultations. Currently, we are unable to schedule in-person consultations due to the unavailability of slots. Please direct all enquiries to our email address: hello@dashexchange.com for further information.

7.  Do you teach any one on one classes?


Yes, we offer one-on-one classes for both professional stylists and interested individuals who want to learn more about hair care and styling. Please email hello@dashexchange.com to learn more about our classes.
